Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and WaveHey. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use WaveHey.

Who can use WaveHey

You must be 18 or older. Do not use WaveHey if you are younger.

Use one account, and give true details when you sign up, including your gender and country.

Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

How to treat people

Follow the community guidelines. In particular, you must not:

• harass, threaten, bully, or stalk anyone
• show nudity or sexual content, or ask someone else to
• involve anyone under 18 in any way
• share hate speech or content that promotes violence
• spam, scam, sell things, or ask for money, passwords, or private photos
• pretend to be another person
• record, screenshot, or share a call without the other person agreeing
• share anything that is illegal in India or where you live

Safety and moderation

You can skip, block, or report anyone at any time. Reports go to our team with the reason you chose. We do not record calls, so reports do not include the video or the chat.

We may end a call, limit an account, or close it if it breaks these terms. Where the law requires it, we may share account details with the police or a court.

Coins

Random matching is free. Coins only pay for optional extras, such as a few minutes of meeting only the gender you choose. That time counts only while you are talking to someone.

Coins have no cash value. You cannot sell them, swap them for money, or move them to another account. Purchases are final, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.

We may change coin prices and what coins can be used for. If we close an account for breaking these terms, its coins are lost.

What you share

You are responsible for what you say and show in a call. You keep the rights to it. We only use it to run the call, and we do not keep the video, the audio, or the chat afterwards.

The service

WaveHey is provided as it is. We do not promise that you will always find a match, that calls will never drop, or that the site will always be available. We may change or stop features at any time.

The people you meet are not chosen or checked by us. We are not responsible for what they say or do. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using WaveHey.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. This removes your login and profile.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using WaveHey after a change, you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute goes to the courts of India.

To report a person, use Report during the call. For anything about your account, use the Account page.
